Hello!

There is so much stuff to do up here! All costs rather a lot though so trying to avoid doing too much. On the 28th myself and people from my dorm decided to go and check out Haruru Falls, ended up walking which took forever in the heat...was fun! Falls were lovely though so kind of worth it! Luckily we managed to hitch a ride back with the local community warden hehe! That was a bit of luck.

That night we decided to have a barbie on the beach, made loads of food (homemade burgers as they dont seem to sell them here!). Really good fun until we realised the grass underneath had caught fire and was smoking! Had to run onto the beach and cover the evidence with sand and water (luckily the kind community warden wasnt on patrol!!!)

Today I have been on a speed boat ride through the islands. Glad I did it because it takes you all around the places you cant see from the land. The Islands are beautiful, look so ancient with old tall trees, lush green bush, white sandy beaches set against the deep blue sea! Didnt see any Dolphins or Whales but hey some bird nearly landed on my head! Quite funny actually the driver of the coach that bought me up here was on the boat ride too!

So thats about it. May go for a walk this evening to a look out point as its too hot to walk in the day. May also go to one of the bars by the sea with some other chaps from hostel. So nice here...are you all jealous?!!
