Hello! Went to Tauranga today as planned! Weather isnt as nice...actually quite chilly! Its Waitangi day today (when the Maori people gained equality in NZ) so everywhere was shut...annoying! had lumch with Marlyn in a lovely Turkish resturant...falafal pitta and dips gallore!! Caught the ferry back to Mt M and climbed the hill/mountain which was lovely! Views were great so it was worth the climb in the heat! Got a lush ice cream afterwards and sat by the sea. ...

Hello! At Mt Maunganui now! Its on the Bay of Plenty, in the South Pacific (sounds awesome when you say that!)! Its lovely here though and a really cool place to be. Basically a surfers paradise! They created some kind of artifical reef to increase the waves!! Its been a lovely day here, clear blue skies and hot but a nice cool breeze so just lazyed about on the beach...watching the surfers!! Had Fush and Chups on the beach a moment ago. The beach over looks M...
