Hi Guys,
We have travelled down quite far South since the last time I wrote. But to cut it short we visited Westport and Greymouth on the West Coast..some really pretty areas and cool Pancake Rocks and blowholes to visit. It was Easter Weekend though so not a lot of shops were open so we went for a few walks and just chilled out really. Plus the weather hasnt been great, we even had to hostel it in Greymouth. From there we picked up two hitch-hikers (really cute German chap with blonde curly hair lol) and drove down the coast to the Franz Josef Glacier in the Tai Poutini National Park.
Wonderful views of the glacier from out tent hehe, its beautiful. We were going to climb the glacier here but its far too expensive and is a bit cheaper down at the Fox Glacier, which we are hoping to climb on Thurs! Should be good fun. You can see Mt Cook (Southern Alps range) from here aswell, highest peak in Australisia so thats cool! Nice to see the moutains again they are lovely!
Write again soon. Hope you like the pics....couldnt put any videos up as they are too big but u can see them when Im back!
lots of love xxxx
