Thai Cooking Lessons - After breakfast, Mama Honey's sister picked us up and we headed straight to the market. Here we decided what dishes we were going to cook and therefore that determined which ingredients we needed to buy, then it was straight into the cooking.... We started all the dishes from stratch even making our own curry paste which was our first task. We learnt all the techniques needed to create thai cuisine and it was actually a good laugh in the process! After a hard day slaving over a hot stove, we were able to enjoy the fruits of our labour; we all agreed we can make a mean curry - so watch out you guys at home! In the evening we visted the Red Lion again and watched the footie, while drinking a few well deserved beers.
