Friday 31st August 2018 - After returning from a fantastic trip to the Horizontal Falls we took the opportunity to wash the caravan to remove the last 3 months of dust and sand.

Saturday 1st to Monday 3rd September - We moved caravan sites and now have a cliff top view over Roebuck Bay where we have taken the opportunity to relax and prepare for our next journey down the west coast.

On Sunday we took a trip out to the Broome Bird Observatory and had a long walk along the beach watching the varied number of shore birds including a Jabiru. We also able to saw hundreds of Mud Skippers that were providing the Whistling Kites with an early morning snack.

In the evening we caught up with our Friends Sally & Michael's son Lachlan for a beer.
