Thank you to everyone who has followed the blog. It was a bit like a coffee shop review and guest house guide in parts. The other bits we will enjoy sharing with you when we meet up. The comments, blogs and messages, along with all the emails and texts have really helped us on our journey from one end of the UK to the other. Arrived at The Clachan in Wick. Looks lovely. A nice place to relax (if you cam call visiting the bike shop to get the bikes dismantled and boxed up to be posted home and then going to the Post Office to bag up all our panniers and cycling gear and get that posted home). We will then do some site seeing. We have cycled 1068 miles in total. We are now off out......

At last! We have reached John O' Groats. The weather today was very kind and the sun shone. It is cold though sitting here having our coffee (with extras). There were some big climbs today, but we managed them. The homemade porridge this morning helped us!!! We now have to cycle back to Wick, where we are staying at The Clachan, for two nights, to finish our holiday. Off we go again!
