Wow. Wind! Wind! and More Wind!!!!!! 63 miles travelled facing into the wind and rain! At least the rain stopped after a couple of hours, but the wind was relentless. Apparently it is supposed to be better weather tomorrow. We came out through Salford and West Houghton then took the lanes past Chorley to Preston. Then back in the lanes as soon as we could, across the flat lands into Condor Green. We are now at the Stork Inn waiting for supper.

Jack Sorry missed you going through Westhoughton. Iwas away in Reading helping my son do some plumbing. It was still windy when we got home too. But its better this morning have a good ride today
