Blood, sweat and tears !!! Well no blood or tears but lots of sweat and a few blue words exchanged!!!!!

What a day. Lots of walking ups but then some fantastic downs! We have never gone so fast downhill before. 39 miles an hour was our max!!! It took us 8 hours and 51 minutes to complete Loswithiel to Topsham in Exeter.
