We got an early start today, mostly due to my persistent cold which had me coughing and nose blowing through the night

Unfortunately Pete declared he felt like he'd been hit by a truck so it looks like we're both struggling now.

We sat outside our wee room and had breakfast watching the sun come blazing up over the red rocks. It was a pretty cool start to the day.

We set off for Zion National Park, a half hour drive away passing awesome towering
red rocks.
There was a big herd of bison by the road not far from the parks entrance, our first
bison of the year
