Arrived in Dartmouth at 21:00 yesterday after slow up wind leg. Sue was badly sea sick all day. Rest of crew ok but feeling uncomfortable. Had fish and chip supper in Ship Inn at Kingsweir and then all colapsed into our berths for the night. Set sail for Plymouth at midday today. Sue decided to take day off and is going by train. It rained all morning and is now drizzle. Force 3 winds blowing us along nicely and the sea state has calmed down further. ETA Plymout...

6:15 off again for Dartmouth. It is a beautiful morning with the sun out, hurrah. Very peaceful night in Studland, it was so calm you could have been on dry land.

Left Lymington in the rain and headed for Dartmouth. Wind on the nose and sea rough with big waves. Sue started to feel sick and everybody else not wanting to go below. Making very slow progress against wind and tide so decided to head for Poole. As we got in the shelter of Swanage and Old Harry everything calmed down. Decided to anchor in Studland for the night. Needless to say we are the only boat here. Time for a beer and to pray for better weather tomorrow.

17:30 setting off from Lymington to Dartmouth. Pouring with rain and still windy. This is predicted to reduce in the next few hours. Peter

Lymington carnival last night. Neil and Trisha popped down to the boat this morning for coffee. Sunday, Still storm bound in Lymington. The girls decide to go shopping for new wet weather gear. Lots of "does my bum look big in this" and Jo, Alex and Sue buy new gear. Sue now decide she has wrong size and will be going back tomorrow. Meanwhile more boat maintenance and up the mast again. Raining again so just getting wet gear on to find something to eat. Peter
