Had walk around Port Ellen this morning and did some shopping. So far we have bought the entire stock of fruit in the last few towns. At Portpatrick we depleted their entire stock of fruit. 3 bananas in one shop and 1 in another. We are off for 5 hour sail to Loch Sween where we expect to anchor overnight. The rain has blown through but a cold NW force 5 is blowing. May not get much mobile coverage until Oban on Saturday.

On Islay at Port Ellen after great trip from Portpatrick. Started sunny and glassy sea, at Mull of Kintire wind came up from behind and we had cracking sail for the rest of the day. As we arrived it started to rain. The rain should pass through tonight and give us a good day tomorrow.
