Our camp ground had the Durango to Silverton line running right through it. This is an old steam train, so we thought we better have a jaunt on it. Wow another amazing place. Did some rolling around which resulted in sand everywhere!! Stayed in the State Park with all it's bear warnings on what to do and what not to do. Walked up a trail to a waterfall and found a dead bird which convinced me we had just interrupted a mountain lion at breakfast and so was certain we were about to be pounced on any minute.
