After driving around and around Mt Rainier trying to get a good view point we discovered that in Seattle they have a lovely view.We couldn't get into Mt Rainier as all the roads were still closed. We have now entered Bigfoot country, this part of Washington has the most recorded Bigfoot sightings in North America. We only met one but he was a little wooden. Set up camp in a State Park on the Lake, very pretty. The next day we attempted to get to Mt St Helens but the roads into it were closed so we just got a distance viewing. We are heading south and this is our first night camping in Oki. Caught the ferry from Victoria to Port Angeles and headed straight to the camping ground. Somewhat easier than Europe because we are now all grown up and have Sat Nav. Forgot to go to the supermarket so we are now having cheeto's (magic cheese flavored puffy things) and water for dinner.
