Stayed in Oklahoma City, Oki needed an oil change etc. I found my first real bookshop which was so exciting I went in and spent $141.00. I've been reading a long series of chick books with the odd murder thrown in, this was all I could seem to get my hands on and I was in desperate need of a fantasy fix. All sorted now.

Route 66 was calling so we headed to Tulsa and drove some of it. It was pretty much just like a normal road really. We also stopped in at Muskogee to go the Five Civilised Tribes Museum to be reminded about how badly the Indians were treated. There were some very sad stories about how they all got marched off to Oklahoma from their homelands a long way away.
