Woke early this morning as Katharine was up at 630am. Couldn't get back to sleep so spent some time on the internet. Yet another hot day in South Australia so it was a very slow breakfast marathon and over it we decided to stay another 3 nights, as this is the nicest town we've stayed in by far. I shot into town to get some groceries, and while there I took Matty to the GP Clinic as he has about 5 planter warts on his foot and they look very sore. Unfortunatley there were no appointments available for the next week but I did get some phone numbers for neighbouring clinics. Came home and booked him into a GP in Middleton. Made some shortbread while the kids did schoolwork - always like pulling teeth in hot weather! and then had an early lunch. We spent the afternoon driving along the coastline between Goolwa and Victor Harbour and it was beautiful. While at Victor Harbour we called into a book exchange and I sold three books to a tiny little old lady who completely ripped me off - ony $5 for 3 new releases in great condition! I was so stunned I accepted the deal and then kicked mysef all the way home. Took Matty to the dr and all is good with his foot - we are using the right cream and although they look awful it is a sign they are improving!! Spent the late afternoon swimming in the pool then had a long walk down to the river after dinner, as it was a balmy evening.

Josh Royston not sure what planter warts are but they sound horrible, so I've decided not to look at any more photos of him until you tell me they've gone! love the photo of Jonny's missing tooth, gives him a very hard, chiselled look. you all look disgustingly well. love to all x
