Day 22; From Carcarbelo's too Las Herrerisa 29 kms.
What a lovely walk today, every one should try this. Have been walking the last few days with Jean Pierre and Jean Jaques, it's been a hoot and Gael now has nick named us the Jean Team. Had a gradually ascent up into the mountains again thru lots of gorgeous villages. Able to pick some cherries on the way- yummy. Followed the river right thru the valley, plenty of cool mountain water. Staying at a Alberque and having vegatian dinner, with the river running by and cows ringing their bells. Will finish the hill tomorrow another 8 km's and then will be in the Galicias where it is surpose to rain every day. Under 200 km's to go, these feet and legs are doing so will.
Have just had the nicest meal on the Camino so far and the best company, the smallest group so a very nice place to stay .
