We started our journey back to Melbourne today and stopped off for a few days at 'Wycombe", a farm owned by Mel's family friends and former neighbours.We spent a few days at Wycombe with Mel showing Matt the farm she grew up on and with Matt playing farm hand and giving Henry and Johnny a helping hand on the farm.Matt also spent a bit of time playing with John and Therese sons Harry and Charlie riding motorbikes etc.I think Matt has made a couple of lifelong friends!After leaving Wycombe we spent a night in St George with Donna, who is from Wycombe but is the local mayor in St George so spends a lot of time in town.We also went to a Melbourne Cup luncheon at the RSL and Mel got to catch up with a few people she hadn't seen in a very long time!
