3rd August 2009 On the road again!Hit the road today and we are heading north.We decided to stay at the campsite at the Devils Marbles but when we got there it was nearly full so we decided to escape the crowd and headed back down the highway to the Wauchope Hotel - which was like an oasis.It is a lovely clean pub with a lovely beer garden with grass and palm trees and a pool!And there was only 1 other camper in the campground!We headed to the bar for a few drin...

23rd July 2009 Cruisy day today.Drove for a few hours to a bush camp about 30km's east of Yulara (and Uluru).We stopped at Curtin Springs on the way in and had a picnic lunch of greek lamb wraps that we purchases from Mt Ebernezer Roadhouse.They were delicious!Had a quick look at the bird averies and hit the road again.Stopped for some photos of Mt Conner and then a bit further up the road we got our first glimpse of Uluru.Man it's big!
