A big day of driving to day - Alice Springs, NT to Boulia, QLD - 830kms (mostly dirt) in 9 ½ hours.We had heard some bad stories about the Plenty Highway but did pretty good time ourselves with no problems.
Arrived in Boulia about 8.30pm so checked in to the local motel and Matt cooked us a steak for dinner on the motel BBQ.
