We managed to drag ourselves away from Wauchope today.....it was hard but we did it!I'd highly recommend it as a stopover if ever you are up that way.

We drove all of the way to Camooweal today, through Tennant Creek, Three Ways Roadhouse and Barkly Homestead and across the border to Queensland - Yippee!We were going to stop earlier but all of the rest stops were chock's full of people so we kept going and camped on the billabong outside of Camooweal.When we got there there was about 30 caravans parked along the river but we managed to find a quiet, semi-secluded spot closer to town.We had a camp oven roast for dinner - the first one we have cooked ourselves!It was great.Matt is such a great cook.We both ate too much and then rolled in to bed!
