We decided to go back to New Orleans early to get biscuits at Willa Jean. The best biscuits ever (size of your hand) and the rest of the food was great as well. We traveled 266 miles to Beaumont TX today with wind, construction, and lots of trucks. Long day. Tonight we stayed at another Harvest Hosts called Pour Brothers Brewery in their parking lot with 6 other RVs. We shared beers and camping stories with 2 couples from CA. (Hope we meet you guys again down the road.) There was a lot of traffic and a train nearby but still slept well. We walked around the next morning. Looks like a cute town and we were near the Neches River. We always wish we had more time to wander and explore but somehow that seems harder to do than expected.
