Decided to move here for our last few days before Oz as Patong was getting abit too much... It is a a lot less busy/sleazy resort and has a whole more up market feel it will definitely be a favourite soon as more restaurants/bars/hotels are starting to open. We stayed at Rama Kata which was a brand new hotel it was lovely best bed I have slept on in two month and had a gorgeous breakfast every morning! The beach was really laid back and was so relaxing we lay here and topped up our tans for the last time in Thailand! We enjoyed a few Sangsoms served by a pleasant ladyboy for a change as they are usually crazy b****es! One of our nights was spoilt by the persistent stalking of two boys, they soon left us alone when I noticed their wedding rings was quite funny for us actually! Our last day especially was an amazing day, we drank Chang, played football with the locals, got some free rides on a speedboat and stayed until sunset! Even got invited to a beach party which we agreed to but we knew we were never going to go... Felt so nice being away from a major touristy resort for a change. Think the partying was starting to take its toll on us! Time flew by here and we were checking out in no time heading for Singapore airport... Something I wasn't looking forward to as had no accommodation booked for when we arrived in Melbourne as the Aussie Grand Prix was on the same weekend!
