Early Mornings!! Today I was up super early again after being awake since 3am. At 5:30am I did my meditation practiced and although my mind was racing I did get a few moments of calm and awareness. As today is another day off everyone was up early and it was a big communal breakfast again. A few of the guys had organized to do a bit of a day trip but I decided to hang around and do a little study. Mid morning I was feeling restless so I took my camera and walked into town to take some photos. Another beautiful day meant some great photo opportunities and I found myself at the dock enjoying the comings and goings of boats and people. San Marcos is a beautifully peaceful town and exactly what I needed to recharge myself - something guided me here and I am so thankful for it. The rest of the day I spent lazing around Kaivalya in the hammock trying to relax and not feel guilty for doing nothing. Luckily I had a few good books to keep me company and hold my attention and so the afternoon and evening slipped away.
