Cloudy Cotopaxi What we woke up to this morning was a very rainy cloudy day but we had already paid so we were off to Cotopaxi! Teleferico and Virgen de la Carrill When we woke up it was a little bit cloudy but by the time we had breakfast the clouds had lifted from the Teleferico so we seized our opportunity and headed up the volcano in a very steep cable car before the clouds came back.
