We had a lovely dinner at Cinta last night and were pleased that it wasn't far from where we're staying as we had a couple of heavy showers of rain.
This morning we caught a taxi up past the market and went to the Antonio Blanco Museum and Art Gallery. It is set in lovely grounds and there are some exotic birds in the grounds and in cages. We had our photos taken with a toucan and a macaw. Blanco married a Balinese dancer and did many paintings of her (mainly nude) as well as paintings of other people and collages. He planned the Museum building which is 3 storeys high and has a glass dome at the centre. There were also traditional Balinese buildings with thatched roofs.
On the way back we stopped for lunch at a restaurant that specialises in suckling pig. We had this with a type of vegetable salad and rice, it was delicious and only about $3 a serve - certainly cheaper than most other food we've consumed.
This afternoon I went for a facial and pedicure and enjoyed the 2 hours of complete relaxation! Tomorrow we head further north to a place called Munduk.
