It was a VERY cold morning as the alarm went off at 6:00 am. We wanted to wake up to see the sun rise over Ayers Rock before we left. Saturday, July 5: We ended up sleeping in a bit late and so didn't get out of Clare until about 11:00. This weekend we left early on Friday morning to head north to the Flinders Ranges and to Wilpena Pound National Park to do some hiking and sightseeing with our fellow Canuck, Chance. We woke up this Mother's Day morning to sunshine so we headed to the Murray River with Rachelle, Darren and Milly for a cruise up the river in the boat and a campfire lunch. It was amazing!
