We drove North from Baird Bay on our way to Streaky Bay and stopped at Point Westall to see some of the most amazing beaches and scenery I've ever seen. We also got to see some surfers out in the ocean along the Great Australian Bight (shark waters!!)
Our stop in Streaky Bay wasn't too long, just a bite to eat at a local pub and a tour of the Streaky Bay Shark exhibit where the largest shark ever caught by a line was ever landed. Pretty cool...we decided it was best not to swim there even thought the water was beautiful.
We drove south along the coast of the Eyre Peninsula where we saw wild Emus and a real dingo! and ended up at Coffin Bay just outside of Port Lincoln. We stayed in a very nice but noisy caravan park where we got to meet some very interesting people from Elizabeth and Whyalla...wow...what more can I say.
