With a clean RV we head off to the Sunshine Coast again by ferry narrowly catching the one we needed because of crazy traffic, it is rush hour after all. We get off and have about an hour to spray clean the RVs exterior, sort the sewage and top up the propane. We stock up the camper with fresh water etc and head out hoping to catch the 12.35 ferry with only 30 minutes to do 30 miles at 60km an hour. The speed limits are painful here but we make it literally minutes before they stop letting people queue up. It's another lovely ferry ride lasting only 40 mins and we exit aiming for Whistler with a stop near a creek on Cal Cheak road. We wake up to more motorhome dramas, we contact one of the providers direct and Jacq manages to secure a vehicle for tomorrow although the last-minute aspect is costing an extra $500. We jinxed ourselves, it was too bloody easy - the motorhome company is out of stock and needs more notice and they can't confirm the booking. It's an agent that sources an RV via various companies so we give them an alternative date the 14th and opt to spend the 13th in a VC hotel.
