We've spent the past 10 out of 11 days at the house wiring plugs, lights, exterior blinds, etc. Mostly we were off to a slow start at 10am in the morning but could still be found working with headlamps and garage sale lamps past 6pm. This is such different work from anything we've done in the past few years that my head keeps spinning at night and I DREAM of wiring plugs :-). We think we'll need another few days to get it all done and be ready for the plumbing, ventilation and electrical city inspections but we are thoroughly enjoying our workdays at "the site". The drywaller has been contacted and is lined up and ready to go as soon as we've got all the required city stamps. Within the next couple of days the house will be papered and wired to be ready for the stucco in spring.
