Sweet pancake which was really moist and fresh

Caramelised banana. Swapped for fresh banana by me as sugar overload.

Sweet sticky purple rice. This was really good. The grains were sticky and not gloppy. Tasted of the rice and brown sugar unlike the Lao sticky rice which is all about the coconut :)
