This is what happens when delicious fresh unscaled fish meets 15 yr old boat captain and onboard hour long BBQ session :)

You can imagine what it tasted like. Salty carbonised cardboard.

To be honest when your looking at the sights that we saw today from karst cliffs to coral gardens ...a well done fish is no problem at all :)
