Grilled pork. They did this on the boat. It's impressive to BBQ food as your navigating a group of tourists around in oversized life jackets.

The meat, when you found it, was really flavoursome. The fat outnumbered the meat 8:1. Our expectations were not high for the food so actually when you got some pork it was a positive :)
