La Seranata restaurant.
You'll see by the other posts of this dinner I wasn't a big fan of the restaurant. But a few elements made the meal stand out in a really positive way.
This dish was one. It's the local seaweed. It tastes like sea salt lettuce barley pearls. Absolutely loved it. It's a very beautifully seaweed too. Served with a powerful vinegar dressing.
Other elements were obviously the company. Dom Emma Nik are such brilliant people. (ed too :))
Was laughing so much happily forgot how bad the food was until I started writing it up :)
