Dry pan cooked cheese and tomato toastie. Cheese failed to melt so there was a bit of microwave action required. Just using the last of that awful cheese we bought a few weeks ago. I guess one good thing about it is it doesn't seem to ever go off !

Still nice with the oregano tomato and mayonnaise.

I had delicious porridge and peach jam.

All washed down with our spoils from the thunderstorm - we've been collecting rain water during the night and this morning at about 6am managed to get 16 litres of rain water in about 20 mins. It's always a beautiful tropical rain storm. The water is delicious and actually tastes better than the expensive brand they sell here. We have saved about 30 dollars this morning. Yippy!
