Slightly cracked fried egg with an oregano cucumber and tomato salad. Really refreshing and filling too. I popped a bit of cheese on Eds bread under the egg as a nice surprise.

The eggs taste super fresh here and the tomatoes had a proper tomato flavour too.

Gorgeous music playing everywhere today. We went for a run and swim first. What an unbelievable day already !
