We made enough yesterday for 3 days and popped it all back in the tomato passata jar. Handy.
Crabs all over the kitchen tonight even on the ceiling and light switches. It's crab migration season here and loads of them after leaving their eggs in the ocean get lost on the way back to the hills. They just start climbing anything. Our posada is one of the first buildings from the sea. They are little (well more like hand sized) fighters. It's really amusing trying to get them out of places.
