Vegetarian burgers.
Yucca, carrot onion chickpeas all shredded and happily mixed up. Then in half we put Maiz flour and half normal flour. It's corn flour not corn starch. So it's yellow and like a tiny cous cous.
The ones with Maiz were easier to make and shape, and nicer to cook and were much tastier. The flour ones were bland in comparison.
The yucca is like a mild potato and bizarrely has a melted type texture in the burger which makes me think I'm eating cheese. Random!
Next time I'll add paprika or cumin or chilli but as a first time I was really happy.
