Day 57: Cutta Cutta Caves. After an easy morning, we decide to check out Cutta Cutta Caves, located about 30+kms south of Katherine. When we arrive, we are surprised that it costs a pretty penny, so our expectations are high. The 12 o'clock tour begins and we walk the 750m to the mouth of the cave, to meet our guide. Day 56: Mary River RH will not rate in the top fifty. Say no more. We leave Kakadu, and head for Katherine. It's an uneventful drive and we arrive for lunch. We are stopping here for two nights, as we have mail to pick up, and we didn't time the LWE very well with its delivery. But it's an opportunity to chill out, as we have been busy sightseeing in Kakadu, and it gives the kids a chance to just do kid stuff. F x

Day 41: Brekky done, we pack up and head to Katherine. We buy a few things from Woolies and Craig makes a trip to the Information Centre. We decide to stay at a cheaper accommodation option in town, rather than he pricey resort-style accommodation at Katherine Gorge. And it's worth it...$29 for five of us! Day 40: Sadly we leave Kununurra and head for a rest area west of Katherine. We have loved Kununurra and will miss it a lot. The idea of living in a caravan park, on a lake in a small town like Kununurra has a lot of appeal. However, the rest of our travels call for our attention, so we head off.
