Day 13: We leave Glen Helen Resort after a walk to one of the largest permanent waterholes along the Finke River.
Fact: there are 9 species of native desert fish in this waterhole...we see...none!
After heading back to Alice and heading north (of course), we cover some kms and decide to stay the night at the Devils Marbles. And didn't the kids just love this place!
All three of the boys discovered and played some real-life video game all over these beautiful boulders until sun down.
After dinner (and bed for the boys), Craig and I enjoyed sitting out under a full moon right in front of the most amazing rock formations as clear as day (see photo).
