Day 42: On the drive up from Edith Falls, we decide to stay at Douglas Hot Springs, as it is cheaper than a tourist park down at Daly River. We have to travel 7kms of dirt (a well maintained road), and the van does its first water crossing...which is a success! We set up the van and the boys and I go straight to the 60'C + springs...and boy, are they hot. Scalding nearly! Fortunately they run alongside the Douglas River and the two merge together to form warm a...
