Day 46: Today we went to The Territory Wildlife Park. This park is divided into three distinct habitats of the Top End, and has only animals, reptiles and birds from this region.
It was a great day, and we all learnt a lot about the animals of the NT, and we were re-educated on a few animals we have seen on this trip.
At the end of the day, we took a quick trip to Woolworths to restock. It's obvious now how close to the city we really are: 4 lane highway, lots of traffic, traffic lights!, and just that feel of civilization. Hmmmm...haven't missed it at all!
