After a relaxing stay at Millstream NP we headed to Karijini NP with high expectations. The Dales campground was a pleasant surprise as, unlike my previous visit, I was able to hammer pegs in the ground!

Over the next 3 days we trekked up, down & around 5 gorges and they were all simply magnificent. Hancock & Weano were slightly abbreviated treks due to high water levels but that's life. If you haven't been to Karijini then do make the effort - you won't be sorry!

Tomorrow we head for the coast and Cape Range NP near Exmouth. With WA school holidays commencing 6 July & NP's already booked out we are not sure where we'll end up.
