Hello all.
This week has been slightly more exciting than last week, mostly because it rained so we got a day off! The sun is now shining again so I have able to spend my scheduled day off topping up my tan! I'm not really minding doing night shifts now I am in the routine, however, the tomatoes have stopped going so crazy so the shifts are shorter and more bearable, but routine is pretty much non-existant. We started to go in earlier the last couple of days which meant we were in bed by about 3am which was nice, but it also meant we were woken up at any time between 10 and 12, to be told we were leaving in 1/2hr, so had no time to have any breakfast, or even prepare food to take with us. Even our night off was ruined because we all went to the pub and then stayed up watching films to keep ourselves in out night time routine, to be woken up at 10 (after going to bed at 6) and told we had to go to work ASAP. They then only had 4hrs work for us, so there was no reaseon why we had to go in during the day, and instead of taking the opportunity to swap us to day shifts, we stayed on nights. So now we are all really tired and our body clocks very confused. They aren't very considerate like that, and still expect us to be fast and effective on no food or sleep!
It also seems every bug in Australia has found out where we are in the last 2 nights! Makes it more exciting when you have bugs to brush off you every 2 seconds, as well as tomatoes to grade! However, on the plus side I have decided not to torture myself here for another 6 weeks, but instead to spend all my hard earnt money on a quick trip to new Zealand (I can earn money in England and don't want to waste too much of my precious time over this side of the world). I was hoping to live and work in Oz, but since I don't have much time to live, I decided not to get another job, but to take advantage and work hard to earn the same amount of money I was aiming to get, in a shorter space of time, allowing me the chance to go somewhere else! This is what boring yourself to death for 12hrs does to you, you come up with lots of exciting ways to spend money!

Emma Borneo... Very nice! Xxx
Nan & Gdad You might as well see as much as you can while you are over there! We have heard New Zealand is a lovely place. Sorry the bugs have found you - try not to scratch! The rain has found us after a period of very nice weather. We have just got back from a nice few days with Brian and Jacqui and are off in the caravan Friday so we hope the rain has gone by then, though there is a swimming pool etc. on site. Keep sorting those tomatoes! Love Nan & Gdadxx
Emma I have booked a 22day kiwi experience bus which takes me to the highlights of both islands! Just need to book flights now :)
Nan&Gdad Trip to NZ sounds great. Our trip to New Froest not so great as we were disappointed with the site. However, Saturday was a nice day and we spent it in Bournemouth which is always a good place to go. Love Nan and Gdad xxx
