Just waiting for flight back from Vegas. It was a crazy but amazing place. We were staying in a suite in the Venetian, a bit different from the hostels we have been staying in. We spent yesterday traveling from San Francisco to Santa Cruz, where Fay has her apartment. Its lovely here. Much warmer than San Francisco which is cold and foggy. Fay showed us around today, we went to the 'mall' and also got a $10 pedicure in preperation for Las Vegas. Tomorrow she is taking us to the beach and for a walk along the shore!

We arrived in San Francisco a week a go and met Kate. The next day Fay showed us around, we went on a cable car down to Fisherman's wharf and had a wander, then got ready for our Yosemite trip. We went to Yosemite with a tour group called the Green Tortoise. We got on the bus on the Monday evening and travelled over night to Yosemite. Had a wonderful time in Boston. It's very different from NY, it was nice to be a bit more relaxed here. We spent our 1st day doing boring but normal things like washing and food shopping, then relaxed on Boston common and had a wander round the local area. Just on the coach to Boston now, hope this 1 doesn't break down too! Will miss New York but certainly made the most of our time here. Used tour buses to explore all the different areas like Harlem, Soho and Brooklyn. We are both experts on NY now as heard the info more than once as we used the buses to get around as we had 3 days unlimited travel.
