This morning we said goodbye to Ryan. He is headed back to the States and back to work. We had a great time and we hope you did too. It is amazing how fast 3 weeks can go by. He has an extremely long travel day so hope everything goes smoothly.

Eric and I walked back to Ettalong today to go to the weekend market. It was super cheesy. We walked around for about an hour but did not buy anything. We went to lunch and walked back to Lesley's along the beach. We got home just before the afternoon rain. We sat on the porch and played rumikub and listened to music and watched the downpour. Ray cooked us dinner and we all went to bed early. The most exciting part of the day was that while we were preparing dinner a sun parrot landed on Lesley’s deck. It was so beautiful to see in the wild. This is a very colorful bird that you will see as pets in the US.

Tomorrow we are going to plan our trip North. We are planning on leaving on Wednesday and should be gone about 10 days.
