This weekend has been exactly what we needed. The sun is shining and the temps are warm. We had another lazy beach day today. While we were at the beach we got out our Lonely Planet and our maps and decided that our next mini trip is going to be to The Hunter Valley. We found a brewery resort called Potter's Brewery that we booked into for a couple of nights. It is in the heart of wine country, should be fun. We also drove around a bit and found a pub that is having a Super Bowl party tomorrow. Because of the time change the game airs live at 10:30am on a Monday morning. We found a place that is airing the game and says they have the same 10-12 locals that come to watch it on the big screen. They usually get a few stray Americans and it seems like it will be a good time.
