After so long in Queenstown it was a relief to actually leave the place. We got on the bus at 8 in the morning and set off on an eight hour drive to Christchurch. As you can probably guess most of the journey was spent in the land of nod and when we got to Christchurch we didn't really want to do a lot so we just had something to eat and chilled out in our room! The following day we had a lie in and then went for a bit of a walk around Christchurch, we couldn't do a lot though as the weather was pretty shocking. Infact the only touristy thing we did was go into the Cathedral which wasn't too bad! On the night me, Amanda and Dom decided to go the cinemas to see a New Zealand film called Boy. It was pretty good, doubt it'll make its way over to England! The next day we were up early and headed to Kaikora!
