We stopped for two nights at Albert Tognolini rest area. It is a great camp spot with stunning views onto of a mountain looking down into a valley and onto the Great Northern Highway. We went for hikes, discovered beautiful wild flowers, did washing and some camp cooking.
One the menu on our second night was Satay Curry Beef, yes cooked on the camp oven. It was amazing.
