This morning it was our final Hollywood Cafe breakfast together and I think we had just about managed to order a small enough meal to finish. After breaky, we all went back to the hostel to do some final packing. Shortly after it was finally time to say our goodbyes, as mum and dad had to go collect their hire car. It was sad to see them go but it's not long until ill be home so I'm sure they will manage!
I decided to chill in my room before I had to leave, as I didn't want to be hanging around my new hostel before I could check in. I left the hotel at 12, and got a taxi, driven by an obviously frustrated man, who was driving very quick and talking in Polish at me. Or at least his English may as well have been Polish.
I arrived just fine and luckily my room was ready for me so I checked in and had a little workout with the kit my parents got for me! Was great! After a quick shower I went for a wonder back to union square and enjoyed a coffee and another look around Macy's. I got back to my room just before our meeting was scheduled and my roommate was there waiting for me! His name is Andy, seams down to earth and enjoys a laugh which is always good.
Our meeting was a basic run through our itinerary, and a bit of a form filling session. We all introduced ourselves and went out for a curry. After the curry a few of us went back to mine and Andy's room for a few drinks and to get to know each other. Didn't get to sleep until 12:45. Shows we had a good night!
