Woke at 4.30am.
Dozed to 5.30am.
Up and at 'em...or as Greg would say....
'Oh, it's good to get up in the morning.
But it's better to stay in bed'
Keep confusing them, Greg.
Rang Mum and Dad. Lovely to talk and Uncle John was there as well. The phone card seems to be working ok. Went down to breakfast on the first floor. My room is on the 11th floor. NUmber 1149. I love the view from my window. Rows and rows of double story houses....as you said Emily...so English. Lovely breakfast...bacon and scrambled eggs, yoghurt (at least I think it was yoghurt. It might have been cream....but it was beautiful. On the strength of my uncertainty on that, I took the stairs down to the foyer!)
Came back to the room.
charging phone and writing blog.
Can those of you using the blog explain to others that if you hit on the link that you have in your emails...you can scroll down to the bottom of that entry and see 'Next Entry'....and you can just click on that to go to the next page and the page after that
That way, I won't have to email a new link to everyone every day.
You can just go in and move forward to the current day.
That means of of course, that you can also click on the 'Previous Day' to read any you may have missed.
Phyll, lovely to hear the dogs were fine and wandering in and out of the Folly. You will be a very popular person there!
Mum and Dad, great to talk this morning. I am about to go out and find the bus. It's nearly 8am here.
Also...you might want to check the blog a couple of times a day as I will be updating that day as I get the time....so each day could change from your first reading.
Ok...I'll go
